Established in 1994, at the birth of our new democracy, great effort has been made to reflect the values of the new South Africa. We have embraced empowerment at every level of our business, with the majority of the shareholding being owned by historically disadvantaged individuals. Furthermore, our workforce share generously in the distributable profits on an annual basis.

Whilst we will continually strive to produce products of the highest possible quality, we recognise that mistakes do sometimes happen and will acknowledge it, and make restitution, when they do. We will endeavour to constantly expand our knowledge of asphalt and will always do our best to run our business in a professional and environmentally responsible way.
